The short answers

  • Anaheim licenses no cannabis business of any type, storefronts and delivery companies included, according to DCC's local-rules data, and DCC license data pulled 3 Nov 2026 show no licensed storefront in the city. Adults 21 and older may still possess up to 28.5 g of cannabis and 8 g of concentrate there, which Proposition 64 made lawful under state and local law.
  • Measured from the Census point for 1313 S Harbor Blvd, the four nearest licensed storefronts are in Stanton, on Monroe Avenue and Chestnut Avenue, 4.2 to 4.4 miles away. Seventeen Santa Ana storefronts lie 6.6 to 8.0 miles away, the nearest of them West Clinik on Yale Street, 6.6 miles away.
  • The Disneyland Resort lists marijuana and marijuana-enriched products as prohibited items, bans smoking marijuana at any time and may screen every person and bag. Its smoke-free zone takes in the theme parks, the Esplanade and the Downtown Disney District, and smoking is barred in Disney Resort hotel rooms and on their balconies and patios.
  • A licensed retailer from another city may deliver to an Anaheim address: DCC's rule lets its delivery employee deliver to any California jurisdiction, at a physical address, after an ID check showing the customer is 21 or older (4 CCR 15404, 15415, 15416). Any private owner, a hotel included, may still bar cannabis on its own property.
  • OC Bus Route 50 runs every day along Katella Avenue from Harbor Boulevard to stops 0.15 to 0.21 mile from the Stanton stores, and Route 43 runs every day down Harbor Boulevard into Santa Ana. OCTA bans smoking, vaping and eating on its buses, and state law has kept every California hotel room smoke free since 1 Jan 2024.
  • The federal rule of 28 Apr 2026 left an adult-use purchase in Schedule I; the only marijuana it moved to Schedule III is in FDA-approved drugs or held under a state medical license. DCC says cannabis may not be taken across state lines, so a Stanton or Santa Ana purchase has to stay in California, and when screening finds an illegal substance, TSA refers it to police.

No licensed dispensary operates in Anaheim. The Department of Cannabis Control's local-rules data list the city as prohibiting every kind of cannabis business, storefront and delivery retail included, and in DCC's license data, as pulled on 3 Nov 2026, no storefront has an Anaheim address. The nearest licensed stores to Disneyland are four in Stanton, 4.2 to 4.4 miles away in a straight line, and 17 more in Santa Ana fall within 8 miles. Nothing bought there may be taken into the resort: the Disneyland Resort puts marijuana, marijuana-enriched products included, on its prohibited-items list. A licensed store in another city may still deliver to an Anaheim address, since DCC's delivery rule reaches any jurisdiction in California (4 CCR 15416), but a hotel can keep cannabis off its property.

Every distance on this page is a straight line from the point the Census Bureau's geocoder returns for 1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, to the premises point in DCC's retailer data, both read on 3 Nov 2026; roads and bus routes run longer. On that measure Haven at 8260 Monroe Ave is 4.2 miles off, Kannabis Works at 8230 Monroe Ave 4.3 miles, Catalyst at 8130 Monroe Ave 4.4 miles and Culture Cannabis Club at 10762 Chestnut Ave also 4.4 miles. Every licensed storefront within 8 miles of that point is in Stanton or Santa Ana, and the stores are listed by distance alone.

Below: license numbers and addresses for all 21 stores, hours and phone numbers for the four in Stanton from their own sites, the OC Bus routes that reach them from the resort area, what state rules say about a delivery to an Anaheim hotel, what the Disneyland Resort, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium and Honda Center publish about cannabis and smoking, where California lets you use what you buy, the taxes on a Stanton or Santa Ana receipt, and the federal rules at John Wayne Airport and LAX.

Is there a licensed dispensary in Anaheim?

No. DCC's data on local rules, which the department says it updated in February 2026 (the Anaheim row itself is dated 22 Jan 2022), mark Anaheim as prohibiting all six types of cannabis business it tracks: storefront retail, delivery retail, distribution, manufacturing, cultivation and testing. The same file answers yes to both of its summary questions for the city, whether all commercial cannabis activity is prohibited and whether all retail is. DCC's license data, read 3 Nov 2026, list no licensed storefront inside the city.

The ban covers businesses, not adult visitors. DCC's own summary is that cannabis use is legal in California while cities and counties may prohibit cannabis businesses such as retail. Under section 11362.1 of the Health and Safety Code, which Proposition 64 added, possessing, transporting and buying up to 28.5 g of cannabis and 8 g of concentrate became lawful under state and local law for people 21 and older, so a lawful purchase made in Stanton or Santa Ana may be carried back to Anaheim, where the owner of the property you stay at sets its own rules.

Most of Anaheim's neighbors take the same line. DCC's file marks Buena Park, Garden Grove, Orange, Fullerton, Cypress, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Tustin, La Palma, Los Alamitos and unincorporated Orange County as prohibiting both storefront and delivery retail, while Stanton, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa and Long Beach allow both. In DCC's retailer data, every licensed storefront within 8 miles of the resort sits in Stanton or Santa Ana.

Which licensed stores are nearest to Disneyland?

Four Stanton storefronts, all within about a quarter mile of the OC Bus stops at Katella Avenue and Beach Boulevard, are the nearest licensed stores to the resort in DCC's retailer data pulled 3 Nov 2026. Each license was active that day and covers both adult-use and medicinal sales, and the Census geocoder places all four addresses inside Stanton city. Distances run from the Census point for 1313 S Harbor Blvd to DCC's premises point, so the drive or bus ride is longer.

Haven's store at 8260 Monroe Ave, which its site calls its Orange County location, holds license C10-0001264-LIC and is 4.2 miles away. Haven's page lists ordering hours of 8 am to 9:30 pm daily and the number (657) 999-5409, with pickup and delivery orders. Kannabis Works, license C10-0001400-LIC, is nearby at 8230 Monroe Ave, 4.3 miles away; its Stanton page gives 9 am to 10 pm every day and (714) 442-3929.

Catalyst Stanton, license C10-0001258-LIC, is at 8130 Monroe Ave, 4.4 miles away. Its page lists 9 am to 9:30 pm every day and (714) 723-0480, and says the store sells in person or for in-store pickup after an online order, with no delivery. Culture Cannabis Club, license C10-0001262-LIC, is at 10762 Chestnut Ave, also 4.4 miles away; its Stanton page gives 8 am to 10 pm daily and (714) 723-0923 and offers in-store pickup and same-day delivery.

Hours and phone numbers are as each store's own site showed them on 3 Nov 2026. State rules let licensed retailers sell and deliver only between 6 am and 10 pm Pacific time (4 CCR 15403), and DCC notes that a city or county can set shorter hours.

Which Santa Ana stores are within 8 miles of Disneyland?

Seventeen active Santa Ana storefront licenses fall between 6.6 and 8.0 miles from the same point in DCC's data pulled 3 Nov 2026, and the Census geocoder places 15 of their street addresses in Santa Ana city; it finds no match for 2400 Pullman St or 1714 S Elk Ln, and places their DCC premises points in Santa Ana city too. The six nearest: West Clinik, C10-0000402-LIC, 2110 S Yale St, Unit A, 6.6 miles; Kannabis Works, C10-0000606-LIC, 2106 S Susan St, 6.7 miles; Planet Catalyst, C10-0001668-LIC, 3400 W Warner Ave, Unit G, 7.0 miles; Evergreen, C10-0000363-LIC, 1320 E Edinger Ave, 7.1 miles; Jaderoom Santa Ana, C10-0000400-LIC, 2700 S Shannon St, 7.1 miles; and Tropicanna, C10-0000145-LIC, 1628 S Grand Ave, 7.2 miles.

How do you get from Disneyland to the stores by bus?

OC Bus Route 50, which OCTA runs between Long Beach and Orange along Katella Avenue, is the direct ride to Stanton. Board a westbound bus signed for Long Beach at the Katella and Harbor stop, about 0.74 mile from the Census point for 1313 S Harbor Blvd, and get off at Katella and Boatman, 0.15 mile from Haven and 0.17 mile from Kannabis Works, or at Katella and Beach, 0.18 mile from Catalyst and 0.21 mile from Culture Cannabis Club. OCTA's schedule data, read 3 Nov 2026, show Route 50 at all those stops seven days a week.

For Santa Ana, Route 43, Fullerton to Costa Mesa via Harbor Boulevard, runs every day from the Harbor and East Shuttle Area stop, about 0.31 mile from the same point. Southbound it stops 0.09 mile from Mr Nice Guy at 3211 S Harbor Blvd and 0.15 mile from ASHE Society at Harbor and Garry, 0.15 mile from PACKS at Harbor and Segerstrom, and 0.23 mile from Jaderoom and 0.30 mile from Planet Catalyst at Harbor and Warner. Rapid Route 543 covers the Harbor Boulevard stretch on weekdays.

Weekday Rapid Route 553, Anaheim to Costa Mesa via Katella Avenue and Main Street, boards at the stop OCTA lists as the Disney layover boarding dock, about 0.28 mile from the Census point, and stops at Main and Warner, 0.33 mile from 420 Central. From Knott's Berry Farm, Route 29 runs daily down Beach Boulevard from the stop OCTA names Beach and Knott's entrance to Beach and Pacific, 0.10 mile from Culture Cannabis Club; the four Stanton stores are 2.5 to 2.6 miles from the southbound Knott's stop in a straight line.

OCTA's Customer Code of Conduct bans smoking, e-cigarettes and vaporizers on its vehicles, bans eating and drinking on board, and bans possessing or consuming illegal drugs on vehicles and at facilities; it does not mention cannabis by name. The state public health department adds that smoking cannabis is barred anywhere smoking is barred by law, public transit systems included, and that neither passengers nor drivers may smoke in an Uber, Lyft or similar car while it is on duty.

Can a licensed store deliver to your Anaheim hotel?

State rules allow it, but the hotel can refuse. DCC's regulation on delivery addresses lets a retailer's delivery employee deliver to any jurisdiction within California, provided the delivery complies with all of DCC's delivery rules, and only to a physical address in the state, never to publicly owned land, land or a building leased by a public agency, a K-12 school, a day care center or a youth center (4 CCR 15416). Business and Professions Code 26090(f), as it reads today, bars a city from preventing delivery on public roads by a licensee that follows the state cannabis law and any local law adopted under section 26200.

DCC's local-rules table records which business types each city licenses, so its prohibited entry for delivery retail in Anaheim means the city licenses no delivery company of its own; a delivery from a licensed store elsewhere falls under the state rule above, while Business and Professions Code 26200 keeps each city's power to regulate cannabis businesses and to ban any type of them inside its limits. That delivery must be made in person by an employee of the licensed retailer who is at least 21, and customers may receive orders only during the 6 am to 10 pm sales hours (4 CCR 15415, 15403).

Before handing anything over, the driver has to check a valid ID to establish who you are and that you are old enough, the same check a store makes at its door: 21 or older for an adult-use order, or, for a medicinal order, 18 or older and holding a physician's recommendation (4 CCR 15404, 15415). You receive a paper or electronic copy of the delivery request receipt and sign for the order by hand or electronically (4 CCR 15420), and Business and Professions Code 26090(e) requires the customer to keep a paper or electronic copy of the delivery request and show it to DCC or the police on request.

The hotel decides whether cannabis comes onto its property. Proposition 64 preserved the ability of any individual or private entity to prohibit or restrict cannabis on its privately owned property (Health and Safety Code 11362.45(h)), and DCC's consumer page says that, in most hotels, guests are not allowed to use cannabis in the room, and suggests asking reception first. The Disneyland Resort's prohibited-items list carries hotel exceptions only for alcohol and glass containers, and marijuana is on it. Of the Stanton stores, Haven and Culture Cannabis Club take delivery orders on their sites, though neither store page names Anaheim as a delivery area, and Catalyst says it does not deliver.

Can you bring cannabis into Disneyland?

No. The Disneyland Resort's Park Rules and Regulations page lists "Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products) or any illegal substance" among its prohibited items and bars smoking marijuana or any other illegal substance at all times. The list makes no exception for medical marijuana or for a purchase from a state-licensed store. The resort describes itself, the Downtown Disney District and its roadways, walkways and parking areas included, as private property, and Proposition 64 left private owners free to ban cannabis on their land.

Screening can reach anyone. The rules say all persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening or security checks, and that the resort may refuse any bag, parcel or other item. It may also refuse entry to, or remove without a refund, anyone who breaks the rules or acts in an unsafe or illegal way. Bags, coolers and backpacks larger than 24 by 15 by 18 inches are not allowed in the theme parks. The page shows no revision date and says the rules can change at any time without notice; this guide reflects the version read on 3 Nov 2026.

CBD does not appear on the page, and edibles are not named either. Products enriched with marijuana are prohibited items, which covers infused gummies and chocolates bought at a licensed store, and a THC vape cartridge is a marijuana product too. Tobacco, e-cigarettes and other products that give off vapor or smoke may be used only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Where can you smoke at the Disneyland Resort and its hotels?

Only tobacco, e-cigarettes and other products that produce smoke or vapor, never marijuana, and only in designated outdoor smoking areas. The resort's rules call the theme parks, the Esplanade between them and the Downtown Disney District smoke free, and bar smoking marijuana anywhere on the property at all times. State law points the same way for cannabis: section 11362.3 of the Health and Safety Code, which Proposition 64 added, keeps it from being smoked in a public place or in any location where tobacco smoking is banned.

Disney Resort hotel rooms, patios and balconies are off limits to smoking, and the resort's rules add a room-recovery charge for anyone who smokes in a guest room or on a balcony or patio. State law reaches every hotel in Anaheim, Disney's or not: since 1 Jan 2024, under SB 626, every hotel, motel and other place of transient lodging in California must be smoke free throughout, guest rooms included (Labor Code 6404.5(e)), and the public health department explains that smoking under the clean indoor air laws covers electronic smoking devices and any plant product.

The Downtown Disney District has no separate cannabis or smoking rule on the page. It is part of the resort's private property and is named in the smoke-free rule, so the same answers apply there as in the parks. Our hotel guide compares hotel-room rules in 21 states.

What do Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium and Honda Center allow?

Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park does not permit smoking, vaping or products that produce vapor or smoke in the park; its Code of Conduct allows them only in designated smoking areas outside, and its FAQ puts the area near the main entrance. Every arriving guest goes through metal detection on public operating days and all bags are examined. Neither page mentions cannabis. DCC's data list Buena Park as prohibiting every type of cannabis business, and a search of DCC's license data for the city returns nothing.

Angel Stadium calls itself a smoke-free ballpark with dedicated smoking areas in the Gate 1, Gate 2, Gate 3 and Gate 4 courtyards. All guests walk through metal detectors, bags must meet its size limits and are searched before entry, and neither its policies nor its prohibited-items list mention cannabis. California law still keeps cannabis smoke out of any public place and anywhere tobacco smoking is banned (Health and Safety Code 11362.3).

Of the three venues in this section, only Honda Center's published rules name cannabis. Its A-Z Arena Guide calls the arena and its surrounding grounds a no smoking and vaping facility and bars guests from smoking electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD or similar products inside or outside the arena at any time. Illegal drugs of any kind are on its prohibited-items list, bags over its size limits are turned away, and permitted bags are subject to manual inspection.

Where can you legally use cannabis near the resort?

Only on private property whose owner allows it, which rules out the resort and most hotels. DCC's consumer page limits use to private property, naming restaurants and bars as public places where it is not allowed; smoking is also out wherever tobacco smoking is illegal and, while children are present, within 1,000 feet of any school, youth center or day care center, and any property owner may ban cannabis. Anaheim has no licensed consumption lounge, since it licenses no cannabis business at all.

Hotel rooms are closed to smoking and vaping under Labor Code 6404.5, and edibles are the hotel's call: DCC's consumer page states that most hotels forbid guests to use cannabis in their rooms and recommends checking the policy at the front desk, or with the owner of a vacation rental. Sidewalks and public parks are public places, where Proposition 64 kept smoking or eating cannabis unlawful (Health and Safety Code 11362.3), and the resort's parking areas are part of its private property.

In a car, Vehicle Code 23221 bars the driver and any passenger from smoking or eating cannabis while it is driven on a public road, Health and Safety Code 11362.3 bars an open package while you drive or ride, and Vehicle Code 23222 excuses an opened package or loose flower only when it travels in the trunk. DCC adds that officers can stop a driver for a sobriety test if they suspect cannabis impairment. Our California rules page sets out the Vehicle Code sections and fines.

How much can you buy, and what ID works?

A single adult-use customer can buy at most 28.5 g of cannabis plus 8 g of concentrate a day from a licensed store, and concentrate inside other products counts toward the 8 g; the same rule caps immature plants at 6 (4 CCR 15409). Those figures match the amounts Proposition 64 made lawful for an adult to possess. Medicinal patients 18 or older with a physician's recommendation have higher limits, and the two sets of limits cannot be added together to buy more than one of them allows.

Bring a valid ID. DCC's rule accepts a document from a federal, state, county or municipal government carrying your photo, name, date of birth, height and gender, and a driver's license counts. Military ID cards with a photo, name and date of birth are accepted, as are passports, whichever country issued them (4 CCR 15404). Staff confirm age and identity before letting you into the retail area (4 CCR 15402), and nothing in the ID rule turns on where you live.

Check the license. According to DCC, every licensed retailer has to show its state license in a window, and the certificate's QR code can be scanned to check its status. DCC also cautions that a store can look legitimate without holding a license, and that unlicensed stores may sell untested products. Every store named in this guide appears in DCC's license data under the license number given here.

What taxes are on a Stanton or Santa Ana receipt?

Since 1 Oct 2025, California's cannabis excise tax has been 15% of gross receipts. Sales tax applies at every licensed store too, and CDTFA says the excise tax is included in the amount subject to sales tax. The excise tax must be stated separately on your receipt. CDTFA's rate table effective 1 Oct 2026 sets sales tax at 8.75% in Stanton and 9.25% in Santa Ana; Anaheim's rate is 7.75%, though no store there sells cannabis.

Each city also taxes the stores. Stanton voters approved Measure A on 5 Nov 2019, and the city's finance page lists a tax of 6.0% of gross receipts on cannabis retail sales; the page does not say whether stores show it to shoppers. Santa Ana's 2022 ordinance charges an adult-use retailer each month the greater of 7% of gross receipts (5% for a qualified social equity retailer) and a square-footage tax set at $25 per square foot annually, prorated by month, at rates that took effect 1 Jan 2023 and that the council can change by resolution, and its code bars passing that tax on except as part of the product's price (SAMC 21-133(i), Ordinance NS-3026).

Price tags can therefore differ in what they include. CDTFA allows a store to fold sales tax into its prices only if it posts a sign saying so; otherwise sales tax is added on the receipt.

Can you fly home from John Wayne Airport or LAX with cannabis?

Not lawfully under federal law. The federal rule that took effect 28 Apr 2026 placed two groups in Schedule III: FDA-approved drug products with marijuana in them, and marijuana covered by a state license to manufacture, distribute or dispense marijuana for medical use. Any marijuana outside those groups is still a Schedule I controlled substance, the rule says, and that takes in an adult-use purchase from Stanton or Santa Ana (Federal Register 2026-08176). DCC's consumer page also rules out taking cannabis across state lines.

TSA's Medical Marijuana page, last updated 27 Apr 2026, answers carry-on and checked bags alike with "Yes (Special Instructions)" and never says what the instructions are. TSA states that its screening looks for threats to aviation rather than for drugs, and that when an officer comes across an illegal substance, TSA passes the matter to a law enforcement officer; whether an item goes through is the screening officer's decision. Those are federal checkpoint rules, the same at John Wayne Airport and LAX.

John Wayne Airport is owned and operated by the County of Orange, and Proposition 64 preserved a local agency's power to prohibit cannabis in a building it owns, leases or occupies (Health and Safety Code 11362.45(g)). The airport's traveler FAQ does not address cannabis. Buy only what you will use where it is allowed during the trip; our flying guide covers airports and federal rules state by state.

Not in Anaheim, which DCC's local-rules data list as banning cannabis storefronts and delivery businesses, and DCC license data pulled 3 Nov 2026 show no licensed storefront in the city. The four nearest licensed stores, on Monroe Avenue and Chestnut Avenue in Stanton, are 4.2 to 4.4 miles in a straight line from the Census point for 1313 S Harbor Blvd. Seventeen Santa Ana storefronts lie 6.6 to 8.0 miles away.

Is weed legal in Anaheim?

For adults 21 and older, yes within state limits: Proposition 64 made it lawful under state and local law to possess up to 28.5 g of cannabis and 8 g of concentrate. Anaheim bans cannabis businesses instead, and DCC's data list every type, storefronts and delivery companies included, as prohibited there. Smoking or eating cannabis in public stays illegal outside the consumption lounges some cities license, and Anaheim licenses none; smoking it wherever tobacco smoking is banned is illegal throughout the state.

Can you bring weed into Disneyland?

No. Marijuana, products enriched with it included, is on the Disneyland Resort's prohibited-items list, smoking marijuana is banned on the property at any time, and screening can extend to every guest and bag. The rules make no medical exception, and the resort may refuse entry to or remove anyone who breaks them. The same rules cover the resort's theme parks, the Downtown Disney District and the Disney Resort hotels.

Can you bring CBD or a vape pen into Disneyland?

The resort's rules do not name CBD. They prohibit marijuana, marijuana-enriched products and any illegal substance, so a THC vape cartridge stays out. E-cigarettes and other vapor products are not on the prohibited list, but they may be used only in designated outdoor smoking areas, because the resort keeps its theme parks, the Esplanade and the Downtown Disney District smoke free.

Does Disneyland check bags?

Its rules say all persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening or security checks, and that the resort may turn away any bag, parcel or other item. Bags, coolers and backpacks larger than 24 by 15 by 18 inches are not allowed in the theme parks. Marijuana is a prohibited item, and the resort may refuse entry or remove a guest without a refund for breaking its rules.

Can you smoke weed in a Disneyland hotel room?

No. The resort's rules bar smoking in Disney Resort hotel rooms and on their patios and balconies, add a room-recovery charge when a guest does, and list marijuana as a prohibited item on the property. Since 1 Jan 2024 California has also barred smoking throughout every hotel, motel and other place of transient lodging, guest rooms included (Labor Code 6404.5(e)), so no Anaheim hotel room may be used for smoking or vaping.

Can a dispensary deliver to my hotel in Anaheim?

State rules allow a licensed retailer based in another city to deliver to a physical address in California, Anaheim included, though never to public land, a K-12 school, a day care center or a youth center. Its own employee must hand the order over in person between 6 am and 10 pm, after an ID check showing you are 21 or older (4 CCR 15403, 15404, 15415, 15416). The hotel can still say no: a private owner may ban cannabis on its property, and the Disneyland Resort lists marijuana as a prohibited item.

How do you get from Disneyland to a dispensary by bus?

OC Bus Route 50 runs daily along Katella Avenue: board westbound at Katella and Harbor and ride to Katella and Boatman or Katella and Beach, 0.15 to 0.21 mile from the four Stanton stores. For Santa Ana, Route 43 runs daily from the Harbor and East Shuttle Area stop down Harbor Boulevard and stops within 0.30 mile of five stores. OCTA bans smoking, vaping and eating on its buses.

Can you smoke weed at Angel Stadium or Honda Center?

Not at Honda Center, whose arena guide bars smoking electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, marijuana, CBD or similar products inside or outside the arena at any time. Angel Stadium calls itself smoke free, with dedicated smoking areas in its Gate 1 to Gate 4 courtyards, and its rules do not mention cannabis; state law bars smoking cannabis in any public place and wherever tobacco smoking is prohibited.

Is there a dispensary near Knott's Berry Farm?

Not in Buena Park, which DCC's local-rules data list as prohibiting every type of cannabis business; a search of DCC's license data for the city returns no results. OC Bus Route 29 runs daily from its Beach and Knott's entrance stop down Beach Boulevard to Stanton, where four licensed stores sit 2.5 to 2.6 miles from that stop. At Knott's, smoking and vaping are allowed only in a designated area near the main entrance, outside the park, and every guest passes metal detection.

Can you take cannabis on a plane from John Wayne Airport or LAX?

Not lawfully under federal law. The 28 Apr 2026 rule moved just two groups to Schedule III, marijuana in drugs the FDA has approved and marijuana covered by a state license for medical use, so an adult-use purchase stays in Schedule I, and DCC's consumer page rules out crossing state lines with cannabis. TSA states that its screening looks for security threats rather than drugs, but it refers any illegal substance an officer finds to law enforcement, at every US airport.

How much cannabis can a tourist buy in California?

In one day a licensed store may sell an adult 21 or older at most 28.5 g of cannabis plus 8 g of concentrate, the concentrate in edibles and vapes included, and 6 immature plants (4 CCR 15409). A valid government photo ID showing name, date of birth, height and gender works, as do an Armed Forces ID and a passport from any country (4 CCR 15404), and none of these depends on residency.
