Embarc says its Tracy store is just off the 205 on Pavilion Parkway, with free customer parking next to the store. Garden of Eden on West Grant Line Road is about 0.5 miles away in a straight line.

TRACER Route B is the route with stops closest to the store. Its Winco and Auto Plaza Dr/DMV stops are both within about 0.3 miles in a straight line, and on the live tracker's stop list Route B calls at them between West Valley Mall/Food Court and Naglee Rd/Tracy Pavilion/Panda Express. Route A skips Winco and Auto Plaza Dr/DMV but stops at Naglee Rd/Tracy Pavilion/Panda Express, also about 0.3 miles away. Route B serves TTS, the Tracy Transit Station downtown, and so do Commuter Route F AM and Commuter Route F PM, the only routes listed at the Ace Station stop, about 4.7 miles away in a straight line.

Buses do not cover Embarc's whole day. The city lists TRACER fixed-route service weekdays from about 7am to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am and gives no Sunday hours, while the store stays open until 9pm every day; for trips outside fixed-route hours the city sends riders to TRACER Plus, its on-demand service, scheduled on 209-831-4287. Embarc's chain FAQ says the free parking next to each of its stores is limited to 20 minutes. The DMV's Tracy field office at 2785 Auto Plaza Drive is about 0.2 miles north of the store in a straight line.

Embarc lists 9am to 9pm every day, with last orders 10 minutes before closing, and phone (209) 278-0420. As of 23 Sep 2026, DCC's Real CA Cannabis site shows license C10-0001397-LIC as active, and DCC records show it was issued on 13 Oct 2023 for adult-use and medicinal sales.

Embarc runs one website for its 20 stores, and the header names the store an order will go to, so switch it to Tracy before checking out. An online order needs an Embarc account, and the order confirmation says where to collect it. When you arrive, staff may ask for an unexpired government photo ID and the card used to place the order. Check the bag at the counter: Embarc's online ordering terms say a missing item must be reported to an employee before you leave the store, and may not be refunded afterward.

For paying in the store, the Tracy page lists cash, debit cards and an ATM inside, and says other electronic payments carry a flat convenience fee; it also says expired ID is not accepted. On returns Embarc's site gives two answers: the Tracy page says only defective products are replaced, with a faulty vape pen as its example, while the chain FAQ allows a return or exchange with proof of purchase and the original packaging.
