Why it's on the guide

Family-owned San Jose retailer operating since 2010, with two licensed storefronts and same-day delivery across much of the Bay Area. This is the Commercial Street shop, license C10-0000241-LIC, in the North San Jose warehouse belt a short drive from SJC. We list both Purple Lotus shops separately so visitors do not mix up the addresses.

This shop is listed because it holds a state license. It is not a paid partner.

Getting to Purple Lotus on Commercial Street

Purple Lotus at 752 Commercial Street is in the North San Jose warehouse-and-retail belt, about 2.3 miles from SJC's Airport Boulevard address in a straight line. The closest VTA stop is Route 66 at Oakland Road and Charles Street, about 0.15 mile away, and the nearest light rail stop is Gish Station on the Blue and Green lines, about 1.1 miles away.

Purple Lotus's FAQ says there is ample customer parking behind its store, and the structured data on that page lists parking for 752 Commercial St but not for the Downtown store.

From SJC, the airport says VTA's Route 60 Airport Flyer is free to ride from Terminal A (stop 7) and Terminal B (stop 5). Heading north toward Milpitas BART, Route 60 stops at Brokaw and Oakland, where southbound Route 66 stops at Oakland and Brokaw; Oakland and Charles is the fourth stop after it. VTA's Route 66 timetable, unchanged in the schedule that starts 26 Oct 2026, shows buses about every 15 minutes at weekday midday and about every 20 minutes on weekends, thinning to about every 30 minutes by 9 pm, with trips in both directions after the 10 pm closing.

Before you go

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID with a scannable barcode; Purple Lotus does not accept paper or unscannable IDs. The shop takes cash, debit and Treez Pay, lists an ATM on site, and says both San Jose stores are ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible, with leashed dogs welcome.

Purple Lotus runs same-day delivery from San Jose to cities across Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo and Contra Costa counties. It delivers to homes, hotels and Airbnbs but not to parks or other public places, and the person who ordered must be there with a government photo ID. The store holds DCC adult-use retailer license C10-0000241-LIC, active through 18 Jun 2027.

DCC also lists a medicinal retailer license at 752 Commercial St, C10-0001751-LIC, under the legal name Jasana Consulting. It shows the same four owners as the adult-use license, which DCC lists under Vmk, Inc., and the same 18 Jun 2027 expiration. The medicinal license does not change who may enter: San Jose's dispensary code bars anyone under 21, medicinal patients included.
