AC Transit buses stop at the corner of B and Main streets. Main St & B St, about 0.02 miles in a straight line, is on Line 9 (E. 14th St. - Mission) toward San Leandro BART; its timetable lists departures from Hayward BART about every 15 minutes between 9am and 9pm, weekends included. B St & Main St, about 0.04 miles away, serves Lines 28, 60 and 95 on their way down B Street to Hayward BART. Line 28 (Alvarado - Castro Valley - B St.) is the ride from Castro Valley BART, about 1.3 miles away, with buses about every 40 minutes daily.

One of Cookies' own neighborhood pages calls Hayward BART a 10-minute walk from the store. For drivers, two city lots sit about 0.05 miles away in a straight line: Municipal Lot #2 at 1042 B Street and Municipal Lot #1B at 22529 Main Street. On Saturdays from 9am to 1pm, year-round, the Hayward Farmers Market sets up on Watkins Street between B and C streets, next to City Hall Plaza, and the city's market page points visitors to the B Street/Mission Blvd garage, entered from Mission Blvd.

Cookies' Hayward page sends online orders to a Union City store and keeps this one for in-person shopping. The shop lists 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. The license for 1004 B Street is held by Hayward Station, LLC, doing business as Cookies Hayward, under City of Hayward jurisdiction.

Rechecked on 16 Oct 2026, the Hayward page says the store is open seven days a week for in-person shopping and asks online shoppers to use Union City. Its Shop Union City button opens the menu of Lemonnade Union City at 30545 Union City Boulevard, about 5.1 miles south in a straight line. That store holds its own DCC license, C10-0001001-LIC, and the site's store settings list it for pickup only, 9am to 9pm daily, with curbside and delivery switched off. Hayward is not among the 13 stores in the site's online-ordering list.

Cookies' Hayward pages say the store runs mainly on cash, with ATMs on site, and also takes debit cards and payment apps where permitted. Bring a current government photo ID: several of the store's neighborhood pages say expired or digital-only IDs are not accepted, and the chain's FAQ lists a driver's license, state ID card, passport or military ID.
